These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Chaudhari Apps website (https://chaudhariapps.com), our mobile applications, and our browser extensions (together, the “Service”).
By downloading, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
These Terms apply to all Chaudhari Apps products. A product may also have extra terms on its own site (for example an extension’s terms). Those extra terms apply in addition to this page.

Who we are
Chaudhari Apps (“we”, “us”) is a brand used to publish Android and iOS apps and browser extensions for everyday use — including transport, utility, health and habit, spiritual, productivity, and web tools. It is not a registered company at this time. Support is available at support@chaudhariapps.com.
Not professional advice
Our products are tools for information and personal organisation. They are not a substitute for professional advice.
- Transport apps show timetable and route information that can change. Always confirm with the operator. We do not run the buses or guarantee arrivals.
- Health and habit apps (including fasting trackers) are lifestyle tools, not medical devices and not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Consult a qualified professional before changing a health regimen.
- Spiritual, productivity, and utility apps are provided for personal use. You remain responsible for how you use them.
- Browser extensions that block or skip content are not affiliated with the sites they run on. Do not use them to break a site’s terms, bypass paid access, or do anything unlawful.
You use the Service at your own risk.
Eligibility
You must be old enough to use the App Store, Google Play, or Chrome Web Store in your country and capable of forming a binding contract. If you are under the age of digital consent in your region, a parent or guardian must agree to these Terms on your behalf.
The Service
Chaudhari Apps products may include features such as:
- Offline-friendly information and personal logs
- Timers, reminders, widgets, and related system features
- Browser tools such as blocking, filtering, or downloads
- Optional paid features, themes, or sync
Features may change, move behind a paywall, or be discontinued. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Third-party sites, operators, and stores can change without notice, so information or blocking features may stop working.
Your content
Most products do not require you to create a login with us. Data you enter remains your responsibility. You must not use the Service for unlawful purposes or to upload unlawful or harmful content.
Subscriptions, purchases, and ads
- Paid features. Pro plans and related products (monthly, yearly, lifetime, or other offers) may be sold through the Apple App Store, Google Play, and/or the Chrome Web Store and are subject to those stores’ terms and refund policies (Apple Media Services Terms; Google Play Terms of Service). Subscription status may also be validated via a helper such as RevenueCat.
- Billing. Payment is charged to your store account. Auto-renewing subscriptions renew unless cancelled in your store account settings at least 24 hours before the end of the current period (or as required by the store).
- Restore. You can restore eligible purchases on a device signed into the same store account.
- Ads. Some features may be supported or temporarily unlocked by advertisements from third parties (for example Google Mobile Ads).
- Refunds & billing. See our Refunds & Billing page. Apple and Google handle store refunds. Apple’s billing help: support.apple.com/billing. Google Play refunds: Google Play refund policies.
License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your own non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms. You may not copy, reverse engineer (except where mandatory law allows), resell, or misuse the Service or our trademarks.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy describes how information is handled. By using the Service you also acknowledge that policy.
Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. Timetables, insights, filters, and similar information are estimates or conveniences — not guarantees.
Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE AND OUR AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR HEALTH OUTCOMES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM (OR, IF GREATER, THE MINIMUM REQUIRED BY APPLICABLE LAW).
Indemnity
You agree to defend and indemnify us against claims arising from your misuse of the Service or violation of these Terms, to the extent permitted by law.
Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time by deleting the app or extension and cancelling subscriptions in your store account. We may suspend or stop providing the Service or features if you breach these Terms or if we discontinue the product.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where the person who publishes Chaudhari Apps products is established, without regard to conflict of law rules, except that mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence still apply. Courts in that jurisdiction will have exclusive venue, subject to mandatory consumer venue rights.
