Chaudhari Apps is a brand used to publish our apps and extensions. It is not a registered company at this time. The controller for personal data processed in connection with the Chaudhari Apps website (https://chaudhariapps.com), our mobile apps, and our browser extensions is the person who publishes these products. For data protection requests, email support@chaudhariapps.com.

Where Apple, Google, Chrome, or other providers process data as independent controllers (for example App Store / Google Play / Chrome Web Store billing, or your Apple ID / Google Account), their own privacy notices apply.

This notice covers:

• Use of Chaudhari Apps browser extensions
• Use of the marketing website at https://chaudhariapps.com
• Support channels (email, and a feedback board where you choose to contact us)

You do not need to create a login with us. Core app and extension data is stored on your device by default.

We process personal data for the following purposes and bases under Article 6 GDPR (official text: EUR-Lex Regulation (EU) 2016/679):

• Providing the apps, extensions, and website — Art. 6(1)(b) and, where needed for security and availability, Art. 6(1)(f)
• Optional features you turn on — Art. 6(1)(a) and/or Art. 6(1)(b)
• Purchases and subscriptions — Art. 6(1)(b)
• Stability, configuration, analytics, and ads — Art. 6(1)(f) and/or Art. 6(1)(a) where consent is required
• Support — Art. 6(1)(f) / Art. 6(1)(b)

Plus our website hosting provider for technical operation of this site.

• Local app or extension data remains on your device until you change it, clear it, or uninstall / remove the product
• Optional sync data remains under your Apple ID or Google Account until you disable sync and/or delete it there
• Purchase records are retained by Apple / Google under their retention practices
• Support emails are kept as long as needed to handle your request, then deleted or anonymised unless a longer legal period applies
• Website server logs and analytics are kept only as long as needed for security, operations, and understanding traffic

Because much of your product data stays on your device, many access / deletion actions are available directly in the app, extension, system settings, or by uninstalling. For data we control (for example support correspondence), email support@chaudhariapps.com. We aim to respond to rights requests within 30 days.

• Change or clear data in the app or extension
• Revoke permissions in system or browser settings
• Disable optional sync, crash reporting, or ads where offered
• Manage or cancel subscriptions in App Store / Google Play settings
• Uninstall the app or remove the extension to delete local data

Chaudhari Apps products are not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country). Do not use them if you are under the applicable age without a parent or guardian.
