Common questions
Where does my app data live?
On your device by default. Optional iCloud or Chrome Sync only runs when you turn it on. We do not require a login with us.
How do I cancel a subscription?
iOS: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → the app → Cancel. Android: Play Store → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions. Cancel at least 24 hours before renewal.
Can you refund my App Store purchase?
No. Only Apple can refund App Store charges. Use reportaproblem.apple.com, or see Refunds & Billing for steps.
How do I restore purchases?
Sign in with the same store account, install the same app, and use Restore Purchases in the app if shown.
